Jack Ray, founder of JayRay Consultants, has shared his  knowledge in the public and private sector for nearly 30 years.  His vision is to provide people with the tools and resources needed to help them shape their people, production and services to perform at optimal levels for success.

Whether it is departments of 750 people with 500+ million dollar budgets in the public sector or a start-up sole proprietorship, Jack's planning and organizational forte equates to one thing for JayRay clients: long-term success!

He has a B.Sc. Honours Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as several certificates in the area of Human Resource and Organizational Management such as Managing Personal/Organizational Change, Team Development & Management, Conflict & Grievance Management, and Priority/Matrix Management Systems. 

JayRay Consultants has allowed Jack to develop key relationships and partnerships in the private and public sectors that allow the firm to springboard into new projects that help clients better their business.

Kevin V. Huhn, is one of the associates  at JayRay Consultants, who has dedicated his career to assisting entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies grow thier businesses for the past 20 years.

What began as a personal commitment - to helping individuals become the best they can be in life through the sport of hockey - has grown into a worldwide mission to inspiring people to live inspired lives.

Known as a relationship craftsman, leading authority in building brands, small and medium-sized business coach, trainer, author and speaker, Kevin brings a passion for success that is second to only a few.

His motto for business is "Since every company is made of people, we need to people become the best they want to become in order to help a business thrive."

He is known as the "Hockey-ologist" in the grass roots of hockey where he has mentored, coached and  inspired nearly hundreds of thousands of people, from 40 countries.
